After an early career in the military Justin moved into recruitment after completing an MBA at Imperial College.

​

After many years working in agency and search, Justin moved in-house into Talent Acquisition working across a number of different sectors including Banking and Financial Services, Health & Social Care and Construction. During this time he developed strong working relationships with HR colleagues and a track record of delivery across his specialist areas working with senior leaders at business unit level and across group enabling and corporate functions.

 

​​Justin wanted to use the experience he has gained working in Talent Acquisition to offer something different.​ He believes the insight he has gained working in house puts him in a unique position to understand the challenges that businesses and HR leaders face around their people.
